Job Description

Role: Senior Engineer/Engineer PPC

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating
production workflow for one or multiple products.

2. Planning
and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

3. Determining
manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

4. Evaluating
raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.

5. Watching
costs to ensure the production process stays within budget.

6. Using
market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production
changes.

7. Schedule
shift according to production needs.

8. Monitor
jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

9. Prepare
and submit status and performance reports.

10. Keep paperwork organized.

11. Collaborate with quality
control, warehouse, and other staff.

Requirements:

12. Educational Qualification: B.Tech

13. Experiences: Minimum 7 years.
Experience in Plastic industry will be preferred at the same level.

14. Good command over MS Excel

15. Analytical skills

Proposed CTC: 5.50
Lakh 6.00 Lakh Per Annum
