Job Description

As a Elite Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing the High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client portfolio delivering unparalleled service and driving business growth..

As a Elite Relationship Manager your main responsibility is to nurture relationships with 3 to 4 High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) daily. Provide personalized financial solutions conduct client visits and ensure a seamless banking experience.

Position: Elite Relationship Manager

Department: Branch Banking

Experience: 5 to 9 Years in the Core Retail Liability Banking Sales Department

Pay Roll: On Roll Permanent

Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets
  • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy
  • Crosssells existing bank products to customers
  • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
  • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
  • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
  • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
  • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Key Skills Required:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and premium account management.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of business banking products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
