Job Description
- Coverage: West and North Zone
- Location: Thane (travelling is a part and parcel of the role)
- Division: Consumer Health (OTC & OTx segment)
- Major Therapy of the function: Derma Nutrition and Pain Management
- Team size: position holder would manage a team of 89 ABM/Sr. ABM MR. Total span of control: 6575 pax
- Reporting to: BU Head/Sales Lead
- Age limit: up to 45 years
- Experience: 15 years and above
- Candidate with sales strategy drafting abilities is to be sourced
- Strategy Operation and Execution level of work
- Strong People Management & Development abilities
- HealthCare Professional Management experience is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Drive results
