Role: Director Sales
Experience: 15 Years
Location: Noida (5 Days WFO)
Position Type: Permanent (Direct Payroll)
Notice Period Immediate OR CURRENTLY SERVING.

Mandatory Skills : IT solutions sales* EV domain (prefered)

Key Requirements :
  1. Minimum 15 Years of work experience
  2. Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
  3. Good executive presence
  4. Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable road maps
  5. Good financial and people leadership skills
  6. Initiates builds and maintains productive customer relationships
  7. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands shifting priorities ambiguity and rapid change
  8. Ability to manage risk and encourage strategic risk managementbased delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively
  9. Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries
  10. Leadership skills to successfully lead diverse and virtual teams.
  11. Building trust with senior stakeholders in times of pressure.
