Desktop Engineer

As a Desktop Engineer at Kezan Consulting you will be responsible for handling all hardware and networking related issues for our systems. This includes troubleshooting maintenance and repair of desktops laptops printers and other peripheral devices. You will also provide support for software installation updates and configuration. Additionally you will collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and provide technical assistance to employees.

To be successful in this role you should have a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware and networking concepts is essential. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills are also required. Additionally certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) will be advantageous.
