Overview:
The Deputy Manager Financial Services plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and services within the organization. They are responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in financial planning risk management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial services team in delivering highquality financial services and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support the organizations goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to monitor the organizations financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and oversee internal and external audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- 5 Years proven experience in Insurance Sales (Including minimum 1 year team handling experience)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations compliance and audit processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office particularly Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to drive financial initiatives and decisionmaking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in leading and developing a highperforming financial services team.
