You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProcess paperwork for new patients efficiently and in accordance with protocols.
Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from clinic staff and patients.
Collect information to complete the intake process.
Ensure that all intake files are properly signed and put into charts.
Communicate with team members constructively to reduce conflict and resolve issues.
Respect clinic staff as well as patients dignity and confidentiality.
Adhere to the facility dress code and appear professional at all times.
Collect data for monthly patient survey reports.
Prepare patient files for collections.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrate the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones computers copiers and fax.
Display the ability to communicate with others effectively listen closely and convey points clearly.
Show proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Google Apps.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to calm patients who may be upset.
Show the ability to quickly make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.
Possess the ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.
Work well in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a medical office setting preferred.

Pay: $16.00 $18.00 per hour
