Job Description
International Requirements
(1) US Soft Collections Max Sal upto 33K inhand (HR VNA Operations)
Grad/HSC freshers and above can apply
SSC with 1 year of BPO voice exp
(2) Canadian Soft Collections Max Sal upto 23K inhand (HR VNA Operations Client Round)
Grad/HSC with 6 months of any exp and above can apply
Boundaries Borivali to Virar only
(3) US customer service Max Sal upto 27K 21 inhand (fix shift n weekends off) (HR VNA Operations Client Round)
Grad/HSC with minimum 6 months of customer service exp and above can apply
Boundaries Borivali to Virar only
Working days 5 days 2 days rotational week off
Shift timing Night shift 5 pm 10 am (any 9 hours)
Age criteria 18 35
Interview will be virtual only.
international bpo,bpo voice exp,soft collections,customer service exp,customer support,communication and interpersonal skills
