Tasks
- Have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction product adoption and customer lifetime value
- Educate clients how to use the software and help them become product experts themselves
- Build robust relationships with customers to limit the churn rate
- Provide customers with any extra advice requested always looking to go the extra mile!
- Be part of an amazing team of people working closely with your team leader and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners
Requirements
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written in Italian and English
- You have at least some previous experience in a customerfacing role handling direct communications via chat phone and email
- You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalized experience
- Empathy is one of your strongest skills you are able to put yourself in the customers shoes and actively handle their requests
- Excellent organization and coordination skills you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions
