Job Description

We re looking for a resultsdriven business professional to bring in new customers and candidates. We need a strong motivated professional representative to bring in new companies and talent for our Mobile AL. branch. We are an established nationwide growing staffing & HR consulting firm looking for new talent to recruit in new companies and talent for those clients.





Requirements

Sales Responsibilities

  • Present promote and sell staffing and human resource services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of this position also includes identifying future hiring needs designing job descriptions sourcing candidates through databases and social media conducting interviews filing paperwork and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.



Recruiting Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases online employment forums social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants knowledge skills and experience to best suit open positions.

Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity is a requirement and important necessary skill.



Job Type: Fulltime

  • Monday to Friday
  • Commission plus bonus pay scale


Benefits

This is a commission based position with no cap on what you can earn. You will receive commission for the companies you bring in both direct hire and temp to perm residual commissions plus bonuses for hitting monthly goals.

Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
