Reporting Structure: Reports to the Head of Cardiology Department

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history review physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Interpret and analyze test results such as electrocardiograms (EKGs) echocardiograms and stress tests
• Diagnose and treat various heart conditions including coronary artery disease heart failure arrhythmias and congenital heart defects
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients including medication management lifestyle modifications and surgical interventions
• Perform invasive procedures such as cardiac catheterization angioplasty and pacemaker implantation
• Collaborate with other specialists such as cardiovascular surgeons and electrophysiologists to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor and evaluate patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about heart disease prevention management and lifestyle modifications
• Participate in research activities and stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (DM) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Cardiology
• Valid state medical license
• Board certification in Cardiology
• Proven experience as a Cardiologist
• Excellent knowledge of cardiovascular diseases diagnostic procedures and treatment options
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care
