Tasks
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in resolving issues troubleshooting problems and ensuring a positive experience with our products/services.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter and update customer information in the system maintain detailed records of interactions and document any customer feedback.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services to effectively communicate features benefits and troubleshoot common problems.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members supervisors and other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
