Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and fostering a positive image of the company. This position is integral to the companys expansion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and enter new markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure longterm business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development and sales activities to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry news trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
