Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA a minimum of three years of experience in sales or business
development preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase company sales
and market presence.
Identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers
products and services.
Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to
meet these.
Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop
and improve the business.
Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Draw up client contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Attend seminars conferences and events where appropriate.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the pharma business world.
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
