Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II with a strong background in data analysis root cause analysis and system solutions. In this role you will play a crucial part in reviewing analyzing and evaluating information technology systems operations. The primary focus of this position is on true Data Analysis particularly deriving insights from highvolume data sets obtained from the customer call center. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to formulate conclusions based on extensive data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review analyze and evaluate information technology systems operations.
• Determine user needs and requirements recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Identify document report and track system issues facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
• Support the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
• Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint customer call drivers bottlenecks and pain points.
• Work with highvolume data derived from the customer call center interpreting information within dashboards and reports.
• Formulate actionable conclusions based on extensive data sets to drive informed decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system solutions and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 35 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in deciphering and interpreting large data sets.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience in root cause analysis and the ability to propose effective system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as a bridge between users and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with highvolume data obtained from customer call centers is highly desirable.
