Job Description
Indias Leading Bank is looking for a Branch Relationship Officer in the Branch Banking Department.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand clients financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Actively manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
- Recommend banking products to meet clients needs.
- Identify opportunities for additional services.
- Introduce clients to relevant products like loans and credit cards.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 Years in Sales Department of Banking domain with the Portfolio Management experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
