Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify develop and nurture new business opportunities within the B2B sector focusing on Refinery solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing the companys products and services.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue contracts and agreements ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay informed about industry developments regulatory changes and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and explore new markets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 510 years in B2B business development with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Refinery is highly desirable with a particular advantage for candidates with experience in refineryrelated projects.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes customer relationship management and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant business development software.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activities.
