Automation Tester
About the job
Role: Automation Tester
Location Noida Work from office
Experience 3 yr to 4 yr
Responsibilities:
- Design Develop and Run Scripts: Create automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and implement Page Object Model (POM) for efficient maintenance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Software Developers and QA Analysts: Work closely with developers and quality assurance analysts to understand requirements identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Investigate Issues Bugs and Feedback: Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing collaborating with the development team to resolve them promptly.
- Prepare Reports and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing test results including any defects found test coverage and overall quality metrics. Provide analysis to stakeholders for informed decisionmaking.
- Utilize Test Automation Frameworks: Leverage test automation frameworks effectively to streamline the testing process and enhance efficiency. Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation tools and techniques.
Key Skills:
- UI Testing: Proficient in testing the user interface of web applications to ensure functionality usability and consistency across different browsers and devices.
- Selenium: Extensive experience in using Selenium WebDriver for automating web application testing including navigation data input and verification of expected outcomes.
- POM (Page Object Model): Strong understanding and implementation skills of the Page Object Model design pattern to create maintainable and reusable automation scripts.
- Automation Experience: Demonstrated expertise in test automation with a focus on maximizing efficiency reliability and coverage while minimizing maintenance efforts.
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python Java or JavaScript for writing automated test scripts and enhancing test automation frameworks.
