- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Manage sales pipeline forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Address partnerrelated issues sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

- Should have relevant experience of 510 years.
- Should be from LUBRICANTS industry preferably though candidate from other industries like spare parts and battery can also apply.
- Should have strong product knowledge.
- Have geographical knowledge of the territory.
- Excellent communication & team handling skills.
