Area Sales Manager

In the insurance sector a key player in promoting sales through a variety of distribution channels is the Area Sales Manager . To hit sales goals and optimize profits this role requires strategic planning relationship management and teamwork with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Find train and oversee channel partners (agents brokers).

• Create and put into action an efficient channel sales strategy.

• Establish and track sales goals to make sure they are met.

• Work together with internal teams and train partners.

• Keep up with industry developments and seek fresh prospects.

• Verify adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferred).

• Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Detailoriented and organized.
