Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the editorial team to understand the requirements for AIassisted editing and proofreading.
• Utilize AI tools and software to edit and refine written content while maintaining the original voice and intent.
• Implement AI algorithms to identify grammar punctuation and style issues in written materials.
• Assist in the development and testing of AIbased editing and proofreading tools.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and their applications in editing and proofreading.
• Work on enhancing the overall efficiency and accuracy of the editorial process through AI technologies.
• Communicate effectively with the editing team to provide insights and recommendations on AIbased editing processes.
• Collaborate with AI developers to provide feedback on the functionality and effectiveness of AI editing tools.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues related to AI editing tools and software.
• Participate in training sessions to develop proficiency in AI editing software and tools.
• Contribute to the documentation and knowledge base of AI editing processes and best practices.
• Support the team in maintaining high editorial standards and consistency across written content.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver highquality AIedited content within defined deadlines.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and optimize AI editing processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in English Journalism Communication or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in editing and proofreading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of editing principles and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Problemsolving abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and software is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
