Agency Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultoriented Sales Development Manager for our Banking sector operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies achieving business targets and expanding our customer base in the region. Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and management of Agents Identify recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review agents performance.
• Help them achieve maximum business.
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
• Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation Suggestion Lead Generation and Advice.
• Position of Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
