Job Description

This is a remote position.

KTOB Solutions is focused on providing high quality workforce solutions to our esteemed clients. We are currently searching for a new Administrative Assistant to report to our Head of Resources and help us deliver even better results on growing projects across the country.

The role, spanning across recruitment and onboarding, requires someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. Working from the comfort of your home, will allow you the freedom to meet deadlines and perform key operational functions in a space that is truly yours! This role is key to the current growth within our organisation and demands an individual with long-term vision and a committed resolve.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing ad responses to shortlist candidates for recruitment efficiencies
  • Reviewing applications & shortlist potential candidates for internal interviews
  • Effectively manage recruitment and training schedules in line with Training Calendar
  • Update live trackers & data repositories incl. Training calendars
  • Onboarding Phase administration of new candidates
  • Creation of ID tags for external consultants
  • Accurate Reporting on training & related activities to head of division
  • Administration of employment contracts & staff files
  • Assist with Recruitment efforts as and when required
  • Assist with any reasonable recruitment and/or training tasks assigned within the division

Competencies, skills & attributes we're looking for:

  • Basic to intermediate Excel Experience (Critical)
  • Take Action, mind set and approach to objectives! (Critical)
  • Work effectively and cohesively as a key stakeholder within a remote team setting (Critical)
  • Matric or relevant qualification (Important)
  • Previous Recruitment/Administration experience preferred (2 years)
  • Strong high-quality administration skills & attention to detail (Critical)
  • Time and priority management skills (Critical)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Critical)
  • Ability to work and deliver results under pressure (Critical)
  • Driven & goal orientated (Critical)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (Fibre) & Own Laptop to operate remotely(Non-negotiable)
  • UPS or Inverter (Required)
