2 Spanish-speaking Nannies solid VIP experience in LatinSouth America Doha Qatar

Our very prominent Clients based out in Doha Qatar are in need of 2 supremelyexperienced and organised Spanishspeaking Nannies to orchestrate the daily lives of their 5 children & to stand as inspirational role models to their charges ranging from 5 to 13 years old who are involved in sporting activities be it in school or as extracurricular activities.

It is imperative for the new Nannies to have notable experience working with multiple siblings within large households ideally with VIP/UHNW families in Latin/South America.

The ultimate Spanishspeaking Nannies will exude naturalborn authority whilst not being domineering in order to instill confidence in the children. With this in mind the 2 new additions to this prestigious Household will resort to their soft skills diplomacy and flair to seamlessly get the children engaged entertained and content. A good sense of humour as a coping mechanism would be a definite asset in these positions.

The two Nannies sought should be endowed with emotional intelligence to deal with all the facets of the lives of the children when it comes to the children s daily lives & social lives as well as in regards to all the pedagogical matters surrounding academia. Travel will be involved as the family does travel during the school holiday breaks.

These pivotal roles encompass working collaboratively as this is a fullystaffed household. The Nannies will work in sync with the parents and/or with any other private staff handpicked by the family.

These are 6dayaweek roles based in Doha (Qatar) with salaries amounting to 1000.00 per week. Apartments supplied.

Adhering to confidentiality is nonnegotiable in these roles as the Principals do value their privacy.

The roles are to start ASAP.

Requirements

• Experience with UHNW and VIP Principals.
  
• Experience reporting to highpowered Principals or stakeholders chosen by the family.
  
• Keeping on top of the children s daily schedules and social affairs.
  
• Supporting the children s daily lives and implementing structure.
  
• Supporting any adhoc tasks.
  
• Following up with playdates.
  
• Being confidenceboosters to the children.
  
• Providing insightful companionship to the children.
  
• DBS.
  
• Paediatric firstaid certificate.
  

• A minimum of 5 years experience in these roles.
  
• Mastering the Spanish language.
  
• Experience with multiple siblings.
  
• Solid working experience with VIP families in Latin/South America.
  
• An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
  
• Fun to be around.

• Diplomatic skills.
