General Accountant Onsite Ortigas AU Morning Shift

• Manage bookkeeping and daytoday accounting transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
  
• Handle invoicing payroll and manage accounts receivable and payable.
  
• Oversee management accounting including preparing financial reports and analyses.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards including Payroll Tax Superannuation BAS and IAS.
  
• Assistance with yearend statutory reporting.
  
• Administer the settlement process coordinating with registries and companies to issue shares for CSF raises.
  
• Conduct initial offer document reviews verifying financial statements against regulatory requirements.
  
• Assist with financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise in payment related investor queries.
  

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management preferably within an Australian Context.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero MYOB and similar tools as well as management accounting systems.
  
• Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations standards and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Experience in handling the administrative aspects of share settlement processes is a plus.
  
• Proactive self starter who is willing to take initiative.
