Business Controller Manager

Budget : Not over than 120000 THB

Location : Bang Natrad Km 25 Bangkok

Interview process : 2 3 rounds

Responsibilities :

• Prepare production logistics business area monthly management accounts closing with high level of accuracy
  
• Support information and collaborate with ACC in Thailand and other countries to secure timely quality in period end closing process for PL TO BKK.
• Deliver quality assured financial and KPIrelated reporting and analysis of the production logistics cost in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform/drive variance analysis between actual and target or estimated levels.
• Coordinate and lead several operational level meetings.
• Working with workstream leader to secure business case and savings under PCIP Program inclusive actual performance tracking.
• Prepare and provide Standard cost of Sales (SCS) information for production logistics cost in annual SCS process.
• Prepare financial estimate for production logistics cost for PL TO BKK and companys PL HQ Cost.
• Work close to companys PL and other functions within company in order to optimize E2E cost performance.

Qualifications :

• Thai candidate must be and aged no more than 42 years old.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting business administration finance or have relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Controller roles with at least 2 years of management experience and logistics business experience demonstrating both individual and team achievements.
• Knowledge of Accounting and logistics
• Experienced in using SAP R/3 IT systems with large data interfaces and advanced Excel.
• Highly energetic and a fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong networking skills in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical skills critical thinking and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing limited time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to transform data into business information.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English with strong presentation skills.
