Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Record Keeper to join our team. The Record Keeper will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital records ensuring accuracy accessibility and compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update physical and digital records in accordance with established procedures.

2. Organize records in a systematic and efficient manner for easy retrieval.

3. Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in records.

4. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

5. Assist with record retention schedules and disposal processes.

6. Respond to record requests from authorized personnel in a timely manner.

7. Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.

8. Collaborate with team members to improve recordkeeping processes.

9. Provide training and support to staff on recordkeeping procedures.

10. Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies related to record keeping.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience as a Record Keeper or in a similar role.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficient in using recordkeeping software and systems.

6. Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

10. US citizenship or authorization to work in the US.
