CSR Outside Sales Representative

Our clients company is a leading provider of shipping supplies including laser labels product labels D.O.T labels and hazardous materials handling supplies. They are dedicated to delivering highquality products and exceptional customer service to meet the diverse needs of their customers. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service & Outside Sales Representative to join their team on a parttime basis. In this role you will play a crucial part in prospecting new business and assisting current customers with their needs.

Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate labels and shipping supplies.
• Handle inquiries related to hazardous materials and safe handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the inoffice team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with various types of labels (shipping laser product D.O.T hazardous safe handling).
• Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to sell.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
