Tasks

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Cyber Security Analyst to join our interdisciplinary team.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency strategic insight and security management expertise to develop and manage comprehensive security solutions across diverse markets. If you have a knack for identifying and mitigating security risks designing security frameworks and implementing protective measures you are the right candidate. You will be part of our interdisciplinary team of security architects system engineers product specialists and compliance experts.

Strategy and Threat Assessment:

• Conduct security audits and threat assessments to strategically frame validate or challenge existing security measures.
• Initiate cybersecurity advancements through trend analysis and threat intelligence designing new security models and capabilities.
• Derive insights from system audits and threat analyses bringing them to life through security plans policies and more.

Problem Identification and Solution Development:

• Identify security challenges through comprehensive testing and system reviews.
• Employ innovative techniques to generate robust security solutions.
• Develop and test security protocols iterating based on feedback to ensure alignment with strategic goals and client needs.

System Security and Business Alignment:

• Enhance system security by understanding and designing comprehensive cybersecurity measures.
• Its a plus if you can develop security protocols and validate concepts early in the implementation process for quick adaptation.
• Collaborate with technologists and business stakeholders to understand and contribute to business and operating models.
• Focus on aligning security measures with business values and client requirements to drive valuecreating innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science cybersecurity information systems or related fields. Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in developing and managing security solutions. A portfolio showcasing diverse security projects.
• Language: Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English (we expect at least professional working proficiency in both languages).
• Skills: Expertise in network security BugBounty Programs Pentests Ethical hacking System testing and Threat management.
• Communication: Strong communication skills both verbal and written with experience in collaborative crossfunctional teamwork.
• Adaptability: A quick learner open to new trends and methodologies in cybersecurity.
