Job Description
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain upgrade and manage our software hardware and networks.

Shift Timings:
Evening Shift 5:00PM to 2:00AM IST (NonNegotiable we work mostly with US Customers in EST Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Installing and configuring software hardware and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting system issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Manage network Windows Linux servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Ensure security through access controls backups and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Knowledge of scripting (shell bash PowerShell).
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms including but not limited to Windows and Linux.
- Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of firewalls like pfSense is a plus
Requirements
- 01 year of experience as a System Administrator
- Any Graduate or Post Graduation Degree/Diploma
- Understanding of the following IT.
Must Have:
- Basics of Networking
- Basics of Windows Operating Systems
- Basics of Linux Operating Systems
- Basics of Hardware Troubleshooting
- Basics of Shell Scripting or PowerShell
- Basics of Virtualization
Nice to have
- Basic of Windows Server Management
- Understanding of Local Active Directory System
- Creating and managing Virtual Machines in Azure
