Job Description

We are hiring Staff Nurse Medical/Surgical in a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an ability to adapt to work in any clinical area of the hospital as needed.
- Develop an active role in the development and adherence to the rules procedures guidelines standard of practice and protocols of the institution.
- As soon as an issue happens report it via the appropriate channels.
- Assure that all records are appropriately and accurately maintained and distributed to the relevant staff by gathering evaluating and tracking them.
- Provide excellent evidencebased patient care while adhering to the NMBI scope of practice as a member of the nursing team.
Requirements
- NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing.
- Must be registered in the general Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland.
- 2 years of postqualification experience.
- Possess welldeveloped interpersonal and organizational skills proven clinical ability risk management clinical audit and excellent communication skills.
