We are hiring a Senior Orthopedic Physiotherapist in a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- To take full responsibility for all facets of your work including the treatment of patients in your care both legally and professionally. to support less experienced employees in providing patients in your care with a high standard of clinical care.
- Create and implement a personalized physiotherapy treatment plan utilizing clinical evaluation reasoning abilities and a thorough grasp of treatment techniques all based on an advanced awareness of evidencebased practice and available treatment alternatives.
- To provide more junior employees with training supervision and performance management including assistants and senior and junior physiotherapists.
- To monitor and assess your work and present methods using clinical audits evidencebased practice initiatives and outcome measurements either on your own or as part of the MSk team.
Requirements
- Hold a physiotherapy degree from an Irish university such as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) degree from the National University of Ireland.
- Possess membership in the Irish Society of Senior Chartered Physiotherapists or be qualified to obtain one.
- Possess three years or more of postqualification experience.
- Sensitivity to and awareness of patient needs.
- To take initiative and operate independently of guidance.
