Liability Litigation Attorney

Growing law firm is seeking an insurance defense of all levels litigation. 2 or more years of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with firstparty and 3rd Party insurance litigation and/ or construction defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: Bodily injury defense commercial litigation insurance defense product liability employment law business litigation.

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

• Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings motion practice taking depositions and trial work handling mediations
• Experience in reviewing claims files communicating with claims professionals and clients
• Selfstarter; professional
• Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Energetic enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
• Motivated ambitious and career oriented
