Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our innovative marketing team in London. Reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer you will lead Plincs brand and marketing strategies implementing campaigns that educate create awareness and produce leads. This is a 12month maternity cover position with the opportunity to work either fulltime or parttime (4 days per week).

You will lead a variety of projects and help build our marketing efforts across the group. We operate a flexible hybrid working model to support worklife integration and foster collaboration.

As Head of Marketing at Plinc you will:

  • Lead comprehensive marketing efforts to boost awareness and consideration through costeffective strategies. Managing the marketing budget ensuring resource allocation and overseeing our participation in external events and tradeshows.
  • Maintain and enhance our brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts. Coordinate with design agencies for key assets oversee brand usage throughout the business and organise and manage our presence at external events and tradeshows.
  • Develop and implement our content calendar utilising both new and repurposed content to maintain topofmind awareness. Create copy including blog posts prospect emails newsletters eBooks social media posts and business development assets.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies including PR design and SEO. Oversee our endtoend lead generation strategy including paid media.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. Working with Finance teams to track monthly spending and updating the CSO on budget status and allocation.

You will bring:

  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proficient in campaign analytics with experience reporting to senior partners and optimising campaigns
  • Experienced in briefing and managing design resources ensuring the creation of highquality visual and brand assets
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM (HubSpot LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Ads WordPress)
  • Knowledge of paid performance channels best practice
