Job Description
Role: IAM Technical Lead
Location: Chennai
Years of Experience: 8 years
Mode of Work: WFO
Mode of Interview: In Person/F2F
We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in IAM and Java. In this role youll lead the design development and implementation of cuttingedge IAM solutions oversee the application lifecycle and mentor a talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Define design develop and support complex IAM and security solutions by collaborating with technical and nontechnical business stakeholders.
- Expertise in integrating and managing IAM tools such as Okta OneLogin and Keycloak along with a strong understanding of SAML/OIDC protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
- Implement adaptive MFA solutions and manage user provisioning tools to enhance security measures.
- Develop and maintain architecture leveraging strong OOPS concepts with JAVA knowledge of RESTful APIs and architecture design patterns in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Lead application development migration and cloud deployment projects focusing on secure practices.
- Drive a DevOpsoriented culture utilizing Agile frameworks with SCRUM methodology focusing on continuously improving security practices.
- Mentor development teams on secure design and coding practices and conduct code design and architectural reviews.
- Evaluate thirdparty software products for security compliance as required.
- Maintain knowledge of database systems such as MySQL MS SQL Server or Oracle DB and ensure secure database interactions.
Key Skills:
- Java Springboot Quarkus REST API Hibernate JPA JUnit.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like Okta OneLogin Keycloak
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS Jenkins Chef Docker Splunk.
- Database & Security: MySQL MS SQL Oracle DB PKI OWASP.
- Development Tools: Eclipse/IntelliJ GitLab XML JSON.
Certifications (Not mandatory)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Qualifications:
- Education: BE B Tech MCA MSCIT.
- Experience: 5 years in IAM or related fields with leadership roles.
