Responsibilities
- Producing creative concepts across social media, print, outdoor campaigns, expos, and website assets that are in line with the demands of the brief.
- Create and design storyboards and animatics and presenting these to the Creative Design Manager, projects stake holders, Head of Brand and CMO.
- Collaborating with other creatives in the Marketing Team to deliver and present a robust final animation.
- Keeping the Creative Design Manager up to date about project progress.
- Ensuring that a design project remains within scope and on time.
- Creating animated graphics and videos using computer softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Animate, and Autodesk Maya. Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Designing motion graphics, 3Ds and special effects for use in television commercials, digital platforms, OOH commercials or other visual media productions.
- Creating 3D models for use in both online and offline mediums.
- 3D texturing and lightning following the brand guidelines.
- Developing solutions to work with AI tools to fasten workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Creating motion that communicate ideas effectively and convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Suggest and implement best practices and optimizations throughout animation projects.
- Manage multiple projects within design specs and budget restrictions.
- Basic understanding of videography and camera setups is a plus.

- Creative storytelling. Someone who has a solid knowledge of media production and communication.
- World-class creativity. Creative thinking to devise original and exciting visual concepts that communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Bilingual. A high percentage of our content is produced in English and Arabic.
- Accuracy at pace. The ideal candidate should produce artwork to a high standard to pixel-perfect precision. We are looking for someone who sweats every detail, who will actively proof their work and catch errors before presenting artwork at creative reviews.
- Project management. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, as we work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-starter. The ideal candidate is someone who actively looks for ways to consistently bring value to the team in any way possible.
- The ability to adapt, including shaping their ideas to meet, and exceed, the brief.
- Solid knowledge of design software, such as Figma, the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and 3D softwares.
- The ability to integrate AI tools within the motion process and workflow.
- Excellent teamworking skills to effectively collaborate with other creatives.
- An understanding of the application of design across various digital and social platforms.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing 3D designs and motion concepts.
- Comprehensive portfolio that highlights expertise in 3D animation and motion design.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative suite and Autodesk Maya. Experience with Cinema 4D is a plus.
