OS (Windows 710) Windows Server Virtual Environments PC troubleshooting/vendor escalation provide basic network troubleshootingemail issues cloud internet connectivity Office 365 components etc.

Experience required :

• 5 to 6 years experience required in setup and configuration of server and desktop Install of s/w and configuration experience in Troubleshooting of any issue related to windows
  
• Should have experience in Handling end user issues.
  
• Should have experience in working as Cloud engineer for Exchange Online Azure and SharePoint Online.
  
• Managing Users and provisioned user licenses in office365
  
• Experience in creation of new Active Directory Management agent.
  
• Should be ready to work in night shifts.
