Job Responsibilities:

• Make strategic & executive contributions; participate as a key member of the management team in influencing the vision & strategic directions of the company.
• Managing all plant level continuous improvement and quality improvement projects.
• Build a positive work environment that support innovation creativity and teamwork in the company.
• Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the company is costeffective in assembly engineering.
• Develop strategy and provide directions for assembly engineering department to be forward looking to the changing environment in the industry.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the next level of managers to ensure proper succession planning.
• Develop and maintain efficient assembly Equipment/Process engineering and maintenance.
• Program strategies striving towards meeting company business objectives.
• Manage New Production Introduction program and ensure proper recipe creation and meeting customers production schedule.
• Initiate new process engineering and material development to strength Company product and packaging roadmap in a very competitive OSAT environment.
• Develop strategies to ensure customers satisfaction to achieve top tier OSAT performance.
• Professional in process control methodology 6 sigma DMAIC 8D and international quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned by top management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above major in electrical mechanical engineering etc.
• Language: Great written & spoken English skills. Chinese presentation skills preferred
• Experience: 2025years work experience including 1520 years assembly engineering expertise experience in a high competitive global OSAT environment or equivelent.
• Good knowledge of Process and Equipment engineering NPI product development (APQP).
• Strategic execution and planning skills.
• Effective management communication and leadership skills.
• Product and packaging roadmap.
• Yield Improvement to meet customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement Program.
• Cost effective process setup and control.
• Budget planning.
