Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts
Job ID: 0069
Department: Accounts / Finance
Work Location: Vile Parle Mumbai Maharastra.
Education Qualification: CMA or CA inter or MBA Finance
Experience Required: 2 5 Years

We specialise in CXO and other seniorlevel executive searches Board Consulting and Director appointments across multiple industry verticals.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of all daily transactions
  • Raising Sales Invoices based on signed contracts and agreements
  • Recording of Accounts receivable and payables
  • Processing of Invoices and making payments to Vendors.
  • Ensuring all receipts and payments are accurately recorded
  • Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
  • Ensuring required MIS is sent for Sales Debtors ageing etc. to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participating in Statutory audits and assisting in the completion of audits.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements such as Profit and Loss Statements Balance Sheets Cash Flow etc.
  • Ensuring all Statutory Compliances namely GST returns Payments and reconciliation TDS payments reconciliation and returns Provident Fund Compliances and Companies Act compliances liaisoning with the Company Secretary for Secretarial compliances.

Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of Financial and Accounting procedures.
  • Experience of using Accounting Software Knowledge of TALLY
  • MS Office Skills Advanced Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Financial regulations
  • Excellent Analytical and numerical Skills.
  • Ethically Strong with the ability to manage confidential information.

Mandatory Skills Required
Raising and processing invoices GST TDS and PF Compliances.
