Job Description

Overview:

The Sales and Services role is crucial to the organization as it is responsible for driving revenue through effective sales strategies ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining longterm customer relationships. This role plays a key part in contributing to the companys bottom line by providing sales support while also delivering highquality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any escalated issues
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
