ML Engineer

1. Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
3. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and patterns and to identify opportunities for optimization.
4. Implement best practices for data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation.
5. Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and scalability.
6. Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning research and technologies.
7. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
8. Ensure the scalability reliability and efficiency of machine learning solutions in production environments.

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
2. 5 12 years of experience in machine learning data science or related roles.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Scala.
4. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc.
5. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data structures.
6. Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
8. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
9. Prior experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments is a plus.
