Senior MuleSoft Developer

Job Overview:

The Senior MuleSoft Gateway Developer plays a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of MuleSoft platform components. This role involves creating custom connectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise on MuleSoft best practices. The developer ensures the seamless implementation of MuleSoft solutions, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability. This position demands expertise in Anypoint Platform, API security, RAML specification, MuleSoft development, DataWeave, version control systems, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop MuleSoft platform components, including custom connectors and API implementations.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to design and implement reusable components and libraries.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on MuleSoft development best practices to project teams.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to MuleSoft solutions, such as design documents, user guides, and release notes.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of MuleSoft solutions.

- Utilize troubleshooting tools like ELK, Dynatrace, and Anypoint Monitoring to ensure optimal performance.

- Identify opportunities to enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of MuleSoft applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft security features, capabilities, and best practices.

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users of MuleSoft solutions.

- Create API specifications using RAML or OpenAPI and implement them in MuleSofts Anypoint Platform.

- Document technical designs, API specifications, and other relevant information.

- Provide technical guidance to other developers and assist them in troubleshooting issues with MuleSoft applications.
