**Position: TrackSYS MES Support Engineer** **Location: Redmond/Seattle WA (initially remote for 3-4 weeks)** **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for managing and supporting Entire end to end TrackSYS based MES application. - Debug, Suggest/Fix the issues in the application. - Work with team to interact with Customer or Technical Lead. - Responsible for MES upgrade and Rollout . - Responsible for preparation and configuration of Master data, Parameterization, Interface design and execution as per Business Process Flow. **Desired Skills and Qualifications:** - Should have at least 5-6 years of experience on working in TrackSYS MES. - Must have knowledge of MES platform for MES operations. - Excellent knowledge of interface between TrackSYS MES(Operation, Performance & Quality) with TrackSYS Enterprise Integrator, Wonderware System Platform, ERP Layer and Automation Layer. - Experience of Order Management functionality, Track & Trace Functionality, Quality & operation Functionality etc. - Experience/knowledge in TrackSYS System Platform, Intouch HMI, OI Server & Historian - Experience managing and supporting multiple applications. - Flexible to work in shifts, and on-call. **Nice to have skills:** - Knowledge/experience .Net/Java, Databases, SQL, and Reporting tools. - Knowledge of MQTT. - General Windows Server and network knowledge.
