Responsibilities:

• Research & Experimentation: Quickly understand and implement experiments from research papers develop scripts to simulate findings and handle data effectively.
• Proactive Development: Generate and test numerous ideas iterate rapidly and thrive in a fastpaced development environment.
• Effective Prompting: Communicate and elicit information effectively translating into highquality AI prompting. Demonstrated interview skills will reflect this ability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 34 years in AI/ML engineering with handson experience in research and development.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
• AGI Passion: Deep interest in the latest opensource AI projects like MemGPT Crew.AI Autogen Mixture of Agents DSPy and autonomous software engineering repos.
• User Experience Focus: Commitment to optimizing endtoend user experience including aspects like latency customizability and fault tolerance.
• Methodical Approach: Rigorous in managing hyperparameters prompting techniques and understanding their impact on user outcomes.
• Documentation: Excellent at documenting experiments results and ensuring reproducibility.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and cloud deployments (AWS GCP etc.).

Bonus Skills:

• Local Models: Basic experience with running models locally and setting up obscure opensource repositories with limited documentation.
