We are hiring for Finance & Accounts manager
Location: Madurai
1. Manage the finance and accounts function to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements:
1. CA/ ICWA degree
Requirements: 1. CA/ ICWA degree 2. 20+ years of experience in finance and accounts 3. Strong skills in finance, accounting, and compliance 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills 5. Ability to make business decisions and drive profitability 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 7. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting 8. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Location: Madurai
1. Manage the finance and accounts function to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
3. Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
4. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
5. Maintain optimum financial controls including internal audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions to ensure liquidity.
7. Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
8. Collaborate with management to plan and implement business strategies.
9. Oversee and support finance team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and skill development.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations including GST IT and RoC.
11. Manage financial risks and ensure adequate insurance coverage.
12. Develop and implement costsaving initiatives to drive profitability.
