Job Description: General Manager (Florida)
Position: General Manager
Location: Florida (Orlando and Tampa Bay)
Industry: Commercial Restoration
Company Overview:
Our client a prominent national commercial restoration company is seeking an accomplished and reputable General Manager to oversee their Florida operations specifically in Orlando and Tampa Bay. This role is ideal for a leader with deep industry connections and a solid reputation among insurance adjusters public adjusters contractors and commercial clients in the Florida region.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and manage operations in both Orlando and Tampa Bay locations.
Foster a cohesive motivated and highperforming team environment.
Cultivate a workplace culture where team members are excited and proud to come to work every day.
Operational Management:
Oversee restoration operations ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Take full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management driving financial performance and accountability.
Implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
Business Development:
Leverage existing connections to expand the companys commercial client base in Florida.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters public adjusters contractors and clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market presence.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Lead efforts in hiring training and developing top talent for both locations.
Ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Promote professional growth and development within the team.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience within the restoration industry particularly in Florida.
Strong network and respected reputation among industry professionals and clients in the region.
Demonstrated expertise in restoration operations business development and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of P&L management and financial oversight.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to inspire and manage teams effectively fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Regional Director of Operations
Compensation:
