Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickSight Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams in building complex reporting and analytics solutions on the AWS Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in QuickSight development best practices.
  
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  
• Design develop and implement robust and scalable QuickSight dashboards and reports.
  
• Optimize performance of QuickSight dashboards and data models.
  
• Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
  
• Develop and maintain data models using SQL and other relevant tools.
  
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of highquality reporting solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver endtoend reporting solutions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading QuickSight development teams for 5 10 years.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and data modeling.
  
• Indepth knowledge of the AWS Cloud platform and its services.
  
• Expertise in designing and developing complex dashboards and reports.
  
• Experience with other reporting tools such as Tableau Power BI or Qlik View is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques.
