Java Full stack Trainer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs for full stack web development catering to the needs of beginners and intermediate learners.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through a combination of lectures demonstrations handson exercises and group activities.
Instruct students on the fundamentals of frontend and backend technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript Python Java databases frameworks and version control systems.
Provide practical examples and realworld scenarios to enhance understanding and application of concepts.
Facilitate discussions and answer trainees questions to ensure clarity and comprehension.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer or Full Stack Development Trainer is added advantage
Indepth knowledge of frontend and backend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript Python Java databases frameworks (e.g. React Angular Node.js) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
Strong understanding of software development principles methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Patience empathy and a genuine interest in helping individuals succeed in their learning journey.
