Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Charlotte NC. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications and systems that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain software applications and systems using industry best practices and coding standards

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical solutions

Write clean efficient and welldocumented code

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner

Keep uptodate with emerging technologies and trends in software development

Mentor and train junior team members

Participate in the software development life cycle including planning design development testing and deployment

Ensure software quality and performance by conducting thorough testing and optimization

Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems and processes

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python

Experience with frontend development using HTML CSS and JavaScript

Experience with database design and SQL

Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus

Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS Azure etc.) is a plus
