About the job

Job title: Specialist Digital and Process Excellence (11 Months Contract)

Job Objective

A highly skilled Digital and Process Excellence professional this job focuses on optimizing business processes within our corporate functions leveraging BPMN Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) expertise and functional solution architecture knowledge to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Process Improvement: Analyze and redesign business processes within corporate functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using BPMN.

Functional Solution Understanding: Utilize a deep understanding of functional solution architecture to produce BPMN flows that accurately capture functional requirements ensuring these flows align with technical requirements. This involves working closely with HRIS IT support and vendor support teams.

Project Management: Apply project management principles to ensure process improvement projects are executed efficiently even if not managing projects directly.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business units to gather requirements understand process challenges and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.

Technology Integration Insight: Understand the interplay between business processes and technology architecture to create comprehensive BPMN models that facilitate effective communication between business needs and technical solutions.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of process changes project progress and architectural considerations.

Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) certification The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 are advantageous but not mandatory

Professional Experience:

  • 46 Years: Proven track record of completing projects that demonstrate capabilities in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) functional solution architecture and project management. Expertise in BPMN with significant experience in process modeling and optimization.
  • Experience in maritime and logistics is preferred but not essential.

Geographic Experience:

Ideally GCC

Computer Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Office and web applications
  • Project Management Skills: Basic project management principles with the ability to approach tasks with a PM mindset.
